The Concept does not really work. It’s certainly not a 4-star hotel, but an aparthotel with coworking. It seems to be more tailored towards exchange students living there for a few months by themselves and eating out but never receiving guests (which ist allowed since it’s an hotel). The pool is dirty and all the sunbeds are broken. The rooms are often worn out and dirty despite being relatively new. Not sure what to heute going for.

“It was ok.”
The charge of 100 dollars as a deposit was unusual and somewhat unpleasant. I travel with other colleagues to various countries and continents, and I have never seen a procedure like this before.

“The HUB was OK - probably wouldnt stay here again. Felipe on reception deserves a special mention.”

“Great location but some improvement”
The location is great, the pool on the roof is a nice plus especially to relax after a full day of visit in this sunny city, and the view from it is beautiful. The room is quite spacious although some maintenance could be done (stain in the couch and in the shower)
