“I stay at this hotel once per year when I attend a nearby medical center.”
I dined at the restaurant excellent and plentiful food, good service, very reasonable prices. Five stars!! Note there that is a few to several blocks walk to alternatives. Room was clean and neat and seems well maintained, I was on the 5th floor, very quiet. Fast wifi. Reception pleasant and efficient.

The room was not clean, there were some stains on towels and the bedsheet, also the walls were dirty. In addition, the internet connection on 9th floor was terrible and i could not use the internet.

“Great place to rest and do activities in Santiago.”
The room space and the cleanliness. All the facilities were in good conditions. The place was very central to the main avenues of El Golf neighbourhood, Line 1 of the Underground, supermarkets and local restaurants. Breakfast was a great option to eat something fresh.

Location: Excellent Room: good, clean and aircon. Bed comfortable. Bathroom ok, no good ventilation. Breakfast: Fair. A bit poor and lack of care. Have to wait every day for eggs to come in. Some reception staff were amazing
