It was quiet, well appointed and very clean. Staff were attentive, responsive and friendly. I liked that it had a boutique feel.

“Loved it”
We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is extremely clean , the room was very comfortable and quiet. Staff is extremely helpful and courteous.Breakfast was great making it for a very pleasant and nutritious start of the day. Housekeeping staff delivered an impeccable service. The location is surrounded by nice restaurants and a vibrant atmosphere. A couple of details that enriched the experience: a 24 h coffee machine in the lounge and a water filter in the room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Cumbres Lastarria.

“Nice Hotel in a perfect location”
Perfect lacation, very nice and quiet room facing the garden. Good breakfast. The hotel even managed to provide a "breakfast to go" as we had to leave very early for the airport.

“Wonderful stay in an excellent location”
Excellent location. Large spacious room and bathroom. Huge comfortable bed. Cleaned daily to a high standard. Water machine provided in room which was amazing. Quiet and not able to hear much noise. Breakfast had a good choice. Better coffee maybe? And milk in the room for coffee would be useful especially as there is a fridge too where it could be stored. Apart from that everything was wonderful and staff went above and beyond to help.

“Perfectly located boutique hotel”
Ideal boutique hotel in the heart of the busy Lastarria area. Breakfast really was excellent. We used it for 5 days one way and another night as a stopover.

We loved the location. Perfectly located to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Lastarria, and easy walking distance to the historic centre and other attractions. And of course, the wonderful staff of the hotel. They were all great.
