“Lovely welcome to Santiago”
Great welcome and lovely feel to the place. Staff were first class and very helpful. One guy even wrote out instructions if getting a phone SIM card, definitely above expectations. Really good breakfast .Many thanks.. room comfy. Parking out back was fine. Really enjoyed our stay .

Located in a nice and safe neighbourhood in Providencia, we had no issues walking around at night. Staff were great, they even provided take-away breakfast when we had to leave early in the morning.

“What a Boutique Hotel should be”
A delightful boutique hotel in a residential suburb. It is not too far from the city centre but far enough to be quiet and relaxed. Staff were absolutely the stars of the show, very helpful every time I made an enqury or request. Breakfast is plentiful but because of the size of the room and accessibility to the food is organised into 3 sittings. This works really well with tables allocated to the room for 45 minutes based on the sitting requested.

They take care of safety, the door to the hotel is always closed and the receptionist opens it on demand. Our room was clean and smelled nice.
