Really lovely hotel. Huge bright rooms and big bathrooms. Everything very clean and good quality. Lots of character. Very helpful staff. Excellent value for Santiago. Location handy for the airport with metro and bus but also can walk to plaza de armas. Easy walking distance to nice places to eat.

“If you need to stay in the city centre, look no further”

As a seasoned traveller to Santiago I chose this place because of the location, good reviews on the quality of wifi (and from the past experience it is usually problematic in the hotels in the centre, even more expensive ones) and sufficiently early check-in time which allowed me to go straight to the hotel from my Qantas flight. In addition, the hotel is pretty much across the road from the current (temporary?) stop of the Centropuerto airport bus (and the original stop at los Heroes is still in a walking distance). At the end all my expectations were fulfilled or exceeded. I'd say this is the best hotel in this price category in the centre. The hosts are excellent, helpful and attentive. The rooms were rather quiet too which helped when I needed to sleep in some non-standard time due to jet-lag. Overall, should I need to stay in the centre of Santiago again I wouldn't hesitate staying in this place again.

“Hotel gem in a central and safe Santiago location!”

Absolutely loved staying in this gem of a hotel! Safe and central location with some lovely restaurants nearby. The building is older and very beautiful so there are wooden floorboards from which you may hear some light steps but I popped earplugs in to sleep and had the most amazing and peaceful rest as the curtains were 100% blackout. I opted to book breakfast and it was a huge and delicious array, prepared fresh at the time of your choosing. However the standout was the service. From pre arrival comms to liaising with the wonderful Mayra during my stay for whom nothing was too hard to arrange and just a pleasure to chat with. Following a lot of trekking she even recommended a massage nearby which was one of the best I’ve ever had! I won’t hesitate to stay here upon return to Santiago.

Nestled in a serene street within a delightful Santiago suburb, this location is perfect for exploration, particularly if you have an affinity for street art. The staff exhibited exceptional friendliness, offering valuable tips on local attractions and dining spots. The breakfast, while of good standard, leaves room for improvement. Additionally, the room was notably clean and comfortable, with a bathroom that met high standards.

The boutique hotel is 5-10mins walk from airport bus stop, very convenient. The room (especially the bed) and the facilities are so comfortable and clean. Breakfast is made to order. The staff members are so friendly. I had a wonderful stay in this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, with staff who clearly cared about making our stay as nice as possible. We stayed during winter (in July) and while it was cold, each room came equipped with a heater and warm blankets. We also loved the breakfast - bread, meats (or avocado for vegetarians!), cheeses, tomatoes and individual portions of scrambled eggs, along with fruits, yoghurts and cake! The interior was so charming and it was about 30 mins walking to many of the main attractions in Santiago Central :) thank you for such a nice stay!

Excellent stay outside the city centre, very convenient for tourist travel with close proximity to subway. Inward facing rooms very calm, great bedding, beautiful interiors and excellent breakfast.

A spacious twin room with comfortable beds. Able to open a window for fresh air. Nice and quiet. Very accommodating staff who showed us our room before we booked in. Breakfast was really good too. Subway was only a block away on the red line to take you to Sky Costenera with fantastic views.

Spacious, comfortable room in historic building, good bathroom with bath, excellent breakfast, but above all the very friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable and advise me on transport, excursions, food and drink. I only wish I could have stayed longer.
