“Good Value”

Staff was great, friendly, bilingual, will give you tips for the area, where to go and what not to bring. Basic facilities included in the bathroom and room is clean, restocked daily. Location was a good enough to walk on touristic areas. I do have to mention their lovely senior dogs who's always just asleep under the reception desk.

It’s a beautiful building, clean and lovely decorated. The owner is really nice and gave me recommendations how, at what time and where I can safely move around Santiago alone as a woman, get money, go for lunch etc. I also booked a taxi/airport shuttle through them to make sure I wouldn’t get scammed. They’ve got a lovely patio in the middle of the building so that you can spend your free time there or for breakfast that you can book optionally. The hostel is central so you can easily walk into three important touristic areas. I plan to come back at the end of my stay in Chile before I fly back home.

Very good location, a few walking minutes away from the Bellavista and Lastarria quarters and from other places of interest (San Cristobal and Santa Lucia hills) Friendly and helpful staff Easy checkin, I arrived before noon and could already settle in my room. The hostel has a nice traditional interior design

“Amazing and friendly accommodation in Santiago”

I loved staying at this Hostel. It was in an excellent location between 3 barrio’s, Italia, Bella Vista and Ladtarria. The staff are really friendly and speak good English and provided information about the area. Breakfast was good and you can just pay for the days you want it, There is a small courtyard area and a cafe which included some basic meals for dinner. 5 minute walk to the metro. I would absolutely stay here again if in Santiago.

No elevator; it was difficult to reach the room due to the three stairs

The hotel is in a really cental part of Santiago making it easy to get around. The hotel is lovely and colourful with artwork that gives it lots of character. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
