“Great hotel with extremely friendly host!”

Host was very friendly and helpful! Room was big, very clean and really cosy. Ideal stay for some days off in Santiago!

The property is incredibly cozy, warm, and spotless. The host is a lovely, sweet lady who made me feel right at home. She was so kind and friendly, and she went out of her way to give me a ton of incredibly useful local travel tips and recommendations. A truly wonderful experience!

Super lovely and helpful staff, location was great. Incredible secure and safe, as there were multiple locked entrances before even getting in. Kitchen was well equipped for those cooking.

Charming Hostal in very good, quiet and safe area of Santiago. Very good location, many restaurants nearby, mini-market around the corner, Metro station and other Points of Interest in walking distance. 40 min by car from Airport. Hostal offers a kitchen with all necessary equipment to prepare some snacks. Nice terrace and courtyard to relax. The Hostel provides different rooms in different categories. We stayed 2 times in this Hostal and found the bigger room more comfortable, although the smaller room was also ok. The owner Pamela is very friendly and helpful, always willing to support and make the stay for her guests comfortable. Thanks, Pamela, for feeling home in Santiago!

“A perfect B&B!”

The property was full of character, with an outside courtyard for breakfast. I would say it was in the best area of Santiago - close to the centre, and with lots of local bars and restaurants just down the road. Most of all, our hostess Pamela was wonderful, providing lots of useful information & great breakfasts!

This is a beautiful place in a great location. The owner is super friendly and really helpful, and she makes the best breakfast ever. The terrace is great for chilling, the beds comfortable. I’ve stayed multiple times in different rooms and they were all great. The kitchen is the cleanest and most complete I’ve ever had the pleasure of using and you have free tea/coffee/infusions all day long. I have no doubt I’ll be coming back if back in Santiago.

Pamela was so welcoming and kind and helpful; the homemade breakfast was delicious; the sunny patio was a lovely reading spot, and shared kitchen a nice extra surprise too. Loved it

Pamela was very warm, welcoming and accommodating to my schedule. A definite home from home. Well located close to a metro station but in a quiet part of the city. A few restaurants, cafes, corner shop and supermarkets close by, I felt safe walking the area in the evening.

“Perfect base to explore Santiago”

Located in a nice neighbourhood. Approx. 10 min to the next metro station. Very friedly and helpful host. Great breakfast. Even when I had to leave early Pamela provided a great take-away breakfast. Great terrace.

What an absolute gem of a place. Gorgeous and stylish old house, really comfy room, lovely terraces and just such a calm oasis. Pamela was so kind, and breakfast was delicious (particularly the homemade cake). I couldn’t recommend it more highly and just wish I’d found it sooner and stayed here each time I passed through Santiago.

Pamela was really nice, she gave me lots of tips for the city and in general always helped me with all the questions I had. Breakfast was also really nice, especially when you had it on the patio outside. When I had to leave early to the airport, she prepared a breakfast package for me to go which I really appreciated. The rooms were super clean and the house was really quiet.

Well located next to Italian quarter. Very kind owner who gave me lots of tips and recommendations. Comfy and cosy common spaces. Hot shower, good breakfast, filtered water available for free. Room small but functional, with storage space and side table (even a side table lamp, which I always miss in other places!).

Such a friendly atmosphere and rrally lovely place to stay. There was events which were fun and a beaitiful court yard I felt safe in the area and the roim was beautiful

“Fabulous Providencia stay with amazing host !”

Pamela is an AMAZING host !! There is nothing she won't eagerly help you with... and such a genuine, kind person. Breakfasts were excellent including French press coffee. We had the room with private bath (just outside the room) and private balcony where we enjoyed our breakfast and dinners. We walked to major attractions and only about 5 min walk from Barrio Italia which offers lots of restaurant options and was a favorite place to wander around. It's a 100 yr old mansion with lots of character and in a quiet area. Highly recommend!!
