“Home away from home”
The Heidelberg Haus Hotel is in loverly part of Santiago close to all transport shoping reastraints etc we were spoilt for choice. The staff were always there to help The rooms were claen and roomy

“Disappointed ☹️”
Location is good especially if you like to walk to reach Costanera and metro station Los Leonas. Clean neighbourhood. In university precinct which we found interesting noting that students the world over are similiar. They were very polite and friendly .

“Great value.”
Safe neighbourhood. Close enough to eateries and mini super markets. I like that there is always someone at the reception counter. Room was spacious and clean.super value for money. All the tours we booked have no problem picking us up from this location.

“Very disappointing”
Misleading advert, it was very hot: the air conditioner was portable with a pipe out the window, the receptionist was unhelpful and rude. We did not get our cases to the room. The receptionist implied we would not be charged on cancelling. We were charged the first night. Fortunately we got more comfortable accomodation elsewhere!

“A excellent place to stay in an beautiful neighbourhood”
The receptionist Amelia was fantastic. Welcoming, helpful, efficient and friendly. Great to have someone so good representing the accommodation. 👏. The location is great, safe, quiet and walking distance to restaurants (lots of options within 15 min). Free water is a bonus and the fridge, microwave etc very useful for a multi night stay.
