Nice hostel comfortable beds helpful staff

I would not stay here unless the construction is done. It was a cool mansion, but it was alittle spooky and the beds and pillows were not comfortable. I’m sure it’s a good place to stay normally but they seem to be disorganized and not prepared for guests because of the remodeling.

It was cold and we were given a heater, nice outside area, reception staff really helpful and friendly.

Reception staff were very nice and helpful. Some restaurants/bars nearby. Outside area was nice. Private double room was spacious with own sink. Bathrooms were okay, some out of order at the time we stayed.

Great location, walking distance to everything. Great value for money, the rooms are a good size with hot showers. The building is beautiful

Francisco at the reception was one of those people that you can count on to solve any issue that may arise, not because it's his job, but because he's honestly that kind of guy who enjoys helping others. That surely was a plus for making the overall stay a pleasant one.

This is a historic building with a beautiful exterior. The public spaces are as big as the hotel and there is even a pool. The rooms are also large. There are enough toilets. The bathrooms are separate for men and women which is very good. The location is good, walking distance to the subway station, and next to the subway station is the airport bus stop.

The staff were very friendly that kept the place very clean. It was really nice to chill around the pool.

Nice accomodation in a hugh old building with a big rooms and beds.

Lovely place in the centre of Santiago, the space is huge. The pool and the rest areas give you everything you need. It doesnt feel like, that you are on the middle of a big city. Really close to the Bus Station which brings you to the airport. The rooms are really spacious.

Great hostel with superb location near the city center. For the price I could not asked for more.

Beautiful property, friendly staff

“Excellent staff and hostel.”

The staff Francisco was so kind. Hostel's public places and my room space were wide. The hostel is located close to the airport bus stop of Centro Puerto. Palacio de La Moneda and Plaza de la Constitución are close from the hostel, too.
