Great location in a safe, lively neighborhood with lots of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Clean room, strong WiFi, nice TV with Netflix, and very friendly staff. Laundry service was fast and convenient.

A most comfortable stay in a very safe walkable neighbourhood. Breakfast was generous and delicious. I highly recommend this accommodation.

We felt at home. Everyone at Casona Lorena was super nice and the breakfast was incredible (also for vegetarian). The neighborhood was lovely and super safe.

The people were very nice and heloful. The room very comfy. The breakfast was with fresh fruits.

“Lovely place in a good location”

The staff are very kind and helpful. The bed is comfortable and my bedroom was spacious. The location is safe for walking around the neighborhood and bars and restaurants are also within walking distance. Breakfast is from 8.30am to 10am and is made fresh - eggs, toast, sandwich, fresh fruit platter.

Very nice small hotel with the best staff. Lovely room with great, comfortable bed and a big closet for storage. Amazing breakfast every morning by the host in the cutest living room We were allowed to use the kitchen, which was also great. Perfect location, just 15 min walking to the subway, super safe, supermarket and convenience store super close by.

Lovely lady working there, the owners also gave us a little lunch to go when we went to a Mountain tour. Nothing you can expect but they do care about the details which makes a big difference.

The rooms were confortable, clean and bright. I loved the big windows whuch we could open for a nice breeze.

Very clean and homely, the bed was huge and super comfortable. The bathroom was so clean and had some soap shampoo too. It is in a nice location and Ubers are all around. There are places to eat nearby and a supermarket too. The staff are so welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious with everything you’d want, eggs fruit coffee pancakes. It was good value for money in the city, we had a lovely stay :)

Everything was great. Communication is seamless with the owner even though not in situ. If any issue, her mother lives across the street and is keen on helping. Made same laundry for me for instance. Astrid will take care of the breakfasts for you. Overall nothing to complain about.

Comfortable stay in Providencia. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the amenities in the hotel, such as the kitchen, were free for all guests to use. Shared bathrooms which were clean and included a great shower. Staff were great, and a very good breakfast was provided each day and even provided a takeaway bag if you were leaving early. Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies in close proximity.

The worse stay ever! A complete rip off in everyway! Bed bugs, cheap breakfast, facilities haven't been updated for decades! No hot water for more than 24 hours! No refund! Horrible! Do not pay them your money, you will be sorry!
