All modern hotel facilities with good breakfast. The room quite spacious and has a bathtub. Location is a close walk to the station and better I guess if you're about to leave Chile but still want to be not too far from the city.

Great place to stay when passing through Santiago. Very close to the main bus terminal for easy access to and from the airport plus heaps of other places around Chile. We have already booked 2 more for before and after a quick trip to valparaiso and vina del mar before heading back to NZ. The breakfast is also excellent.

“Good for short stay / airport stopover”
Good value, close to the main bus station, and it served our purpose for one night stay. We had already visited Santiago and were returning home, so this was a great link to the airport with the bus terminal 200m walk away with the local bus that connects to the airport. Hablabamos en español con el personal mucho, but also their English was very good.. El desayuno era genial. The breakfast was great.

“Good value”
The hotel was clean and matched the description in the listing. Staff was really polite and helpful. Breakfast was good with enough variety. Internet worked well in the hotel room. Location was close to several public transport (train, buses, metro)

For a 4 Star Hotel, it is all about service! - It is clean. - The rooms have a good size. - There is warm water in the showers. - For chilean standards the breakfast is good, on international standards it is below 4 star.

Great views of the city and Andes from the upper floors - there’s 14 floors ! Quietness of the room Awesome staff always willing to help with not just property services but local tourism as well. Air con is great . Quiet and well ventilating
