Clean, good location, staff said breakfast started at 7 but due to a bank holiday did not start until 7:30, cleared communication needed

“Very comfortable modern hotel!”
A large modern hotel located in a tower block in downtown Santiago. Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable and there was great space in the bedroom and bathroom. Well equipped room with good storage space. Fabulous view from the outdoor Bar on the 13th floor and it was particularly nice at night with all the lights of the city twinkling down below. Very nice breakfast with lots of choices. Obviously being downtown there was a vast choice of places to eat out too and for anyone who wants to go shopping, you’re literally a few seconds ride in the elevator to the retail area of the Costanera Centre.

“Want a good night sleep? Go elsewhere.”
Location, design, roof terrace - but all of that is irrelevant when the beds are like rock and the noise from air conditioning units means you can’t sleep.
