Worst welcome ever! When we arrived, they announced our triple room was not available. They proposed a suite with only one double bed and a sofa (not bed nor big enough to sleep on it) BUT they asked us to pay for the upgrade. After 60 minutes discussion they gave us 2 double rooms. When going to one of these rooms, there were people sleeping in one of them. A new room was assigned to us. The check in process took us 90 minutes and a lot of stress and frustration.
