“Basic budget offering”
Basic room - clean although the towels were marked and torn. Friendly staff. Location is handy for the hospital but the downside is ambulance sirens all night. Disappointed that I had specifically booked a hotel with an airport shuttle service listed - but it did not offer this. They did offer help booking a taxi. Alas if you are leaving before 7.30am you won’t get breakfast which was part of the room deal. Black coffee available all the time in reception.

Great location, right across the road from the hospital I needed to be visiting (clinical union medica del norte). Close to malls, restuarants, supermarkets etc. Excellent price per night. Everythingis very simple and its just for sleeping, simple breakfast included, but it aerves its purpose very well if you just need a stay over,

“Highly recommended after many stays here.”
The coffee was good. The mangou breakfast was available without the mangou, so I had that with mashed potatoes, served with fried cheese and some sausage. The staff are very nice, always. The breakfast area is on the roof. It’s noisy but I like it. Outside each floor of rooms there is a sheltered, outside seating area. Right next to the hotel is a small mall and cinema, perfect place to spend a bit if time before and after an appointment if (as is my case) that is the purpose of your trip to Santiago.

“Serves the purpose”
Is good for the price, the breakfast also because they have few options, the staff was kind. The room was ok, its fine if you're gonna expend one night.

“Very good hotel”
The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Jose was very helpful. The cleanliness was very good. wi-fi was also functioning well. This hotel is really good value for money.

“Cozy and Very well located”
The breakfast was simple but fresh and good! The bed was very comfortable. I like the mini fridge with a real freezer. It's very well located.

“Good hotel, medium priced, in a great area.”
Location was next to a shopping (indoor) mall and across the street from a large medical center. Easy area for walking and lots of taxis. Bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and the AC worked well. Added bonus, there was a TV with several English stations.

“terrible”
got to the room at 9.30pm and the first thing that met you was the smell of damp then the room door was opened by one staff member and the light was flashing on and of he said we will repair it but at 9.30 at night i not waiting as he said a guy would be there in 30 minutes to repair it but after the travel i wanted to sleep then i heard dripping and it was water coming out of the light and on inspection there was damp all over the room the smell was degusting
