“Beautiful hotel very well kept up with by far one of the best hotels I've stayed in while visiting r”
The breakfast was great. However the young lady bartender was rude and made me feel as if I was bothering her so I took my business elsewhere. Other than that I had a great experience and will stay there again.

The shower needed a door to cover the water from splashing on the floor. The soap dispenser was not working in the bathroom.

Location close to where I needed to be Rooms very clean Staff is very nice especially mention for Mr Thomas, he was amazing Beauty salon across the street and supermarket around the corner Breakfast included

“Very good hotel close to everything in Santiago”
The hotel is very convenient. It is small but has everything you need. Located in Los Jardines, very close to everything and a lot of nice restaurants and cafes.
