“A Satisfactory Stay in Santiago”
The room was small, but had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, there was a fridge and hot water. The lighting options were numerous. The wifi worked very well.

“I had a great time and enjoyed my stay.”
The staff and room were very nice and the location is great. Centrally located downtown and in a safe area. The room is clean and cozy, they have those colourful lights and a tv with local stations only. The showers don't have hot water but that's ok because it's 4 thousand degrees outside.

I highly recommend this property. The rooms are quite cosy, the bed was very comfortable who especially love the location very easy to go to shops restaurants we will surely go back there.

“Never stayed never will ever!”
We couldn’t find the check in and when we did I was told to sit on a couch and locked in a room and didn’t know what was happening called my husband and said I couldn’t get out of the room. Never checked in because I felt violated!! Horrible experience!

Loved that they had Netflix on the TV, comfortable beds, airconditioning and cosy lighting. The room was clean. Small but comfortable, and with a private bathroom.

“Not good value for money”
The staff was unfriendly, the terrace I had didn’t have a protection and so it was very unsafe. The room was too expensive for what if offered. There was a window but the room is very dark
