Wonderful place right in the heart of Santiago Atitlán. The staff were incredibly friendly and caring — they even opened the door for me late at night when I came back from hiking Volcán Atitlán. I happened to stay there on Holy Friday, and the procession passed literally right under our balcony. An unforgettable experience!

“Lake Atitlan adventure”

Staff were very helpful finding me a tour guide and helping me with transport to my next destination. I was able to cook in the well stocked kitchen , relax in the lounge and watch tv. The bed was comfortable

“Would be good value if not for extreme moldy smell”

I feel bad giving this place a bad review, because the staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful. The common area is also quite nice, a large open room with a small kitchen and some comfortable seating. The location is convenient, very close to the center of town. The place was mostly kept very clean, with the exception of the mold issue.

“Spacious accommodation in a central position”

Very central and it has a huuuuuuuuge kitchen, though it could be a bit more equipped.

“A good budget place to stay in Santiago Atitlan”

We just spent a night here as we had a really early start the next day for a trip. The room was fine and there’s a well stocked kitchen with a big table and a sofa area. The staff are super friendly.

Really amazing staff, room was small but enough and the building itself was nice.

Incredibly friendly staff. Will help you with anything you need, even when you don't necessarily ask for it. While cooking, we where opening a can of diced tomatoes with a pocket knife, and the lady saw us struggle and gave us a can opener. Little things like that really warmed out hearts. The room itself is nice. On the smaller side, but since there's a big communal area you won't need much space. The kitchen was also nice. They've got pretty much all you should need. Once again it's the communal living room adjacent to it that did it for us. Towels and soap included, and there's a tv in the room (if you'd ever want to use it). Breakfast is 't included, can be ordered. It was tasty and filling, but a little more expensive than elsewhere (we paid 50Q for the biggest plate I believe).

Hosts were amazing and accommodating. Lovely location. However bed was a bit hard. But great value for money and would stay again.

“We liked it very much”

Veery nice staff and very comfortable bed (the most comfortable bed on our trip so far)! The reception is also a small restaurant. They offer food, which they will freshly cook and which is very good. The location is right in the center (lots of streetfood stalls and the mercado nearby). There's a shared kitchen, but we only used it to heat something up so I can't really say anything about it. We only stayed for one night, but liked it very much.
