Overview
Agriturismo Il Falco is a working farm located just outside the hamlet of Casette d’Ete. It offers free lobby Wi-Fi and country-style rooms and apartments with wrought-iron beds. Accommodation at this 19th-century farmhouse is fitted with traditional furnishings and tiled floors. Each unit comes with air conditioning and an LCD TV, while the apartments include a kitchenette and dining area. A sweet buffet breakfast is provided daily at the family-run Falco, served on the patio in fine weather. Guests can also buy olive oil produced by the owners. The beaches of Porto Sant’Elpidio a Mare are 10 km from the property. Macerata is a 30-minute drive away.

“Nice location and good breakfast”
Nice location with views across farmland and to mountains. Good breakfast with a range of options and eggs cooked to order. Very friendly and helpful owners. A range of good local products for sale. Would work well as a base for exploring the area.

“Great one night stay with lovely view”
The apartment was clean, the breakfast was amazing - as was the lovely Nonna serving it. We loved the views as well! We also traveled with our two small dogs and the staff were very accommodating to them. Great grounds to play amongst the olive grove.

Magnificent views over the countryside with a beautiful setting in the fields of olive trees. Delicious breakfast with fresh produce and baked goods and very helpful, attentive and friendly hosts. Clean apartment which was serviced. We loved our stay and would have loved to have stayed longer.

“We really loved this place & location”
It was really clean & had everything that we needed. Attention to detail in the whole place. Rain-like shower head & consistent hot water. It was located in such a beautiful area with amazing porch area with tables & chairs if you wanted to enjoy meals outside or watch the gorgeous sunset (We did!). List of recommended locations for restaurants nearby was given us at check-in too. I wanted to stay forever. Very friendly staff & really helped me out with an issue that was following us thru our trip. Each day we had a wonderful breakfast with fresh pastries, yogurt, eggs, ham, juices & coffee served in their beautiful dining room with those terrific views. We definitely would advise anyone visiting the area to stay here.

The location was ideal to visit surrounding cities. The bedroom was large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection of food and the service by Vittorina was exceptional. We would definitely recommend this agriturismo.
