Overview
Set only 80 metres from the beach, Hotel Donna Rosa is in Sant'Alessio Siculo centre. Rooms have views of the sea or town. It features a private beach, located 150 metres from the hotel. Each room is air conditioned and comes with an LCD TV and a private bathroom with a hairdryer and toiletries. Rooms have either a terrace or balcony. Breakfast is buffet style at this family-run hotel. You will also find a bar, boutique and a free internet point. Live music is put on in the evenings at the beach. This little fishing town is great for exploring Sicily. Beautiful Taormina is just a 10-minute drive away and you can visit the pretty medieval towns nearby with public transport too. Trips and sports activities can be organised directly at the Donna Rosa Hotel.

We felt very special and like part of the family thanks to the attentive, kind, and welcoming staff. The hotel organized a perfect, stress-free trip to Etna for us. The rooms were cleaned daily, the breakfast was delicious, and the on-site restaurant was very convenient. Additionally, the internet was fast, and we never had any issues finding a parking spot.

I can only recommend the accommodation at Hotel Donna Rosa and it is ideal as a starting point for exploring Sicily. Friendly stuff and a rich buffet-style breakfast, although after a few days this offer may seem monotonous. Rooms are clean and spacious, beds comfortable. Wifi works well. We appreciated the train station about 3 minutes from the hotel. We explored the entire east coast of Sicily by train (don't forget to install the Trenitalia app to buy and manage tickets). We rented a car for the last 5 days, convenient parking on the street with a promenade.

Fantastic hotel in an amazing beachfront location! But what really made our stay special was the outstanding staff – always helpful, assisting us with reservations and anything we needed. Overall, a wonderful stay and I can highly recommend this hotel!

Thanks for the Hospitality the staff and the Owner an old Lady name Donna Rosa she is amazing and the staff Emanualla and Caroline all super friendly The almond drink amazing .location near the sea and lovely restaurant and coffeshop near hotel.

A lovely 3* B&B, staff were super welcoming and friendly, a lovely older lady giving our kids plenty of attention every opportunity, too. We booked x 3 rooms which were clustered together for a traveling party of x 4 adults and x 4 kids, allowing shared terraces for snacks and drinks in the evening before heading out into the neighboring area for dinner which was also nice. The breakfast was great, a good spread of different foods & coffee/teas.

“A good place for a relaxing holiday”
It was a truly wonderful stay, peaceful and relaxing just as we wanted it to be. All the staff were smiling and supportive. They helped and advised us the nearest bus stop and a very good restaurant.

“Perfect family run hotel with everything you need .”
Everything. A lovely small family run bed and breakfast in a perfect little town away from it all. Nice selection of fruit for breakfast with biscuits, bread, croissants and cake. Simple room with great air con . Powerful and hot shower. Clean and well kept areas for breakfast and reception. Brilliantly helpful staff who helped us in perfect English to sort buses, trains, trips, restaurant reservations and beach club days.

Coralie was an outstanding host! She went above and beyond to help me in every way. Very comfortable bed. Outstanding breakfast. Gorgeous room and balcony. Very quiet. Delightful garden. Close to some sumptuous, traditional, quaint restaurants and minimart. Sea views from rooms!!! GRACIE CORALIE!!!! I miss Sant Alessio already. X

We loved everything😍 Location was perfect. Breakfast was amazing! Place was clean. There was a fridge in the room and air conditioner. The best part of it was our host. She was so nice, helpful and friendly. This was the best hospitality we met in Sicily. We went around the whole island in 2 weeks. Also, she gave us a lot of recommendations and we changed our route according to her advices. Didn’t regret it at all! Highly recommend this place:3
