Andres made our stay amazing. Comfy bed and good airconditioning. Great views and hammocks to relax in. Hot water in the shower and a beautiful pool It was a great spot.

Excellent stay at Brees. The accommodation has great air-conditioning, chill vibes and the best host (Andres) I've encountered in my travels. The in house meals are great. There is a gym and a pool and even a Coworking space as well. Perfect setup

“The best ever Hostel.”

The best of all was the social part of our stay. Hostel is not too big and give opportunity to build a social relationships with others tourist from the hostel. If you want you have convenient place to socialize there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is fantastic, everything is homemade, even bread. Very practical and beautiful building, everything was made to maximize the comfort. You could relaxed in de lounge in the shadow with a little brees. Workspace was perfect. Beds were perfect. The room had a balcony, convenient for drying our clothes. Bathroom and showers spacious. Fantastic dinning place.

“Absolutely perfect !”

Our stay was fabulous! Really loved the atmosphere, the place is amazing, rooms are great with the view on the sea, the food was absolutely AMAZING for every meal we had ! Really enjoyed having all the clients all together at the same table for the breakfast and diner. Our host had very nice attention for a birthday without asking, very king of him. Amazing experience !

“Excellent accommodation that I didn't want to leave”

I loved staying here. Its been my favourite hostel so far. It has everything you need including a gym, 25m pool, working space with a/c and very close to the beach. The food was excellent. All home cooked meals very healthy. I loved it most because all I had to focus on was work and kite surfing. Everything I needed was on site and I was able to get a lot of work done and a lot of kite surfing. I would highly recommend staying here for anyone considering Santa Veronica or Salinas del Ray

“Workation & Sports? Stay here”

It's a very quite and laidback place. You'll find time to rest and recover but also to do plenty of sports or to work. If you are into kitesurfing, it's the place to be! Plenty of sites and schools around. Brees itself offers a very nice pool to so proper swimming and and outdoor gym with plenty of weights. There is a working area, which has dedicated WiFi just for this purpose. The entire personel is wonderful and friendly. The food, breakfast as well as lunch and dinner (both offered for 40k per person each, i.e., ~9€), is just delicous and always freshly made. The rooms offer a great view and the bed is very comfy. Transportation is also offered for a reasonable price (or you take one of the busses nearby to Barranquilla or Cartagena).

“The best place to stay if you love watersports!”

The food was great and very varied, the rooms were cleaned very well every day. And there was a lot of contact with the other guests, because you all sit together on two tables for the meals. From the hotel, we usually walked to a great wavy spot at the beach where we had a lot of fun kitesurfing. On other days, we took a 5 minute tuc tuc ride to Salinas del Rey.

Home/family vibe. Lovely staff, owners. They do there best to make you feel home.

“Epic place to stay”

Amazing place to stay with fabulous facilities and delicious food. We did not kite surf but really enjoyed the facilities (the pool, cross fit gym & classes, yoga classes (extra charge). The staff are all very friendly and willing to help. Would highly recommend!

Serenity. Perfect place to chill out - you don't have to be a kitesurfer to appreciate BREES. Beautiful architecture - the clever use of concrete and natural materials is immediately relaxing. Great people, too - you're more than a guest here.

Cool place to hang out / train with friends or to work. ...and santa Veronica is the kite surfing spot...

I have so say, it was the best stay we had in Columbia. We stayed one night on our way from Cartagena to Santa Marta by bike. The hotel is minimalistic and modern. Dinner and breakfast were amazing, columbian dishes with a twist and not to heavy or sweet. The host Nico is super friendly, speaks perfectly english and is interested in all guests and their stories. The hotel is brand new, super clean and the beds are comfy.
