Eddie was an exceptional host - he gave us so much information on local supermarkets, restaurants and beaches as well as a fantastic excursion.

“Beautiful, luxurious villa for all of the family!”

We loved our stay at Villa MaX - a very beautiful, modern, luxurious property with a stunning view of the sea. Inside, the villa is decorated to a very high standard, with classy, well-thought out furnishings and decor. We stayed with our two young children, one of whom has severe food allergies, so being in close proximity to supermarkets and having facilities to cook in was an important factor for us. The kitchen was state of the art, and very well equipped, as were the BBQ facilities. We liked the open plan layout of the living areas and the ease at which we could keep an eye on the children from inside and out. Outside matched the luxury of inside, with a stunning salt water pool (we were particularly grateful for the pool toys, one of many nice touches!), multiple seating and dining areas offering beautiful views of the city, volcano and sparkling sea. The location is perfect, it is private and you are not overlooked, despite being close to main roads, you do not hear any noise at all when inside the villa or when enjoying the outside area. It is very quick to drive to shops, beaches and local attractions such as Loro Parque. Parking available within property, but also easy enough to park on the street outside the villa too. The hosts, Eddie and Sandra, were excellent. Very friendly and easy to communicate with, even before our arrival. They were very accommodating and responded to anything we needed or asked about quickly and efficiently. A pleasure to deal with. We would definitely recommend this villa, the photos do not do it justice. We would love to return again and have recommended to all of our friends and family!

Best accommodation we had so far, it’s just nice inside, outside, fully equipped kitchen, new and clean. Comfortable beds, amazing views, great tips from owner including the live cameras for checking the weather on other parts of the island, and we even saw fireworks one evening. Heated swimming pool, 2 min driving from restaurants, shops, what you need.

It was an incredible vacation! Incredible views, a very comfortable house to stay in. The pool is incredible! Everything is thought out for your comfortable stay. Incredible garden with fruit trees, the papaya is incredibly delicious. The location near the road does not interfere at all, the noise of the road is not heard at all. The hosts are very responsive and respond to all requests immediately, they recommend very delicious restaurants nearby. The location is convenient, you can get to shops and restaurants on foot. I will definitely come back again!

Amazing! Couldn’t recommend more! Great communication with the managers- very helpful and prompt, beautiful view and location, clean and great facilities! Pool is fantastic, bbq in the garden and the spec of the property is great. Would definitely return! Few minor details and this is me being very picky just for balance: - no blankets for outside - the parking at the property is extremely difficult but there is an alternative spot just at the top of the hill (if renting a car I would recommend an automatic) - two of the rooms and one bathroom was locked as we were just one couple but we were not informed of this before (not that we needed them). Would have been nice to have been informed before. - no baking tray for the oven - no soap for the en suite bathroom

Beautiful and comfortable villa. The pool is heated and gorgeous. The views are stunning and we loved the location in the north near some natural, unspoiled beaches and authentic restaurants. The hosts were super helpful and accommodating and gave us lots of great information. They also helped us book restaurants and a whale watching trip. I think a car is very helpful so you can see and do a lot more on the island. We were thankful to have a car, the property provides a parking spot.

The perfect family villa! The quality of the property, the furnishing and hospitality is of the highest order. Eddie is a terrific host and the villa is exceptional quality.

“Perfect family vacay!!”

This Villa is just superb in any aspect. Very nicely decorated and super clean. The owners were very helpful and willing to fulfill our every need. Our kids loved the heated pool (we were there in end of June-early July) and spacious garden where they could run around carelessly. The location is also great for road biking, where you can rent good bikes for very little money. But about this Villa- I can honestly say that in person it is even better than on the photos. Thank you Sandra and Eddie for great a vacation!

Oustanding Beautiful modern house, with fantastic view, in a quiet environment. The garden and the heated pool are also excellent. The host, the owner of the house is so nice and also very helpful. We have arrived late evening with a small kid and he immediately offered a fantastic dinner in a restaurant nearby:) The location is just perfect, close to Puerto de la Cruz, the beaches on the north and also easy access to mountains.
