Beautiful gardens surrounding the property, with a myriad of plant life and coffee trees. Chickens roaming, very peaceful. Room was comfortable, hot water in the shower but takes a while. The family are very nice, try the coffee. Dinner and Breakfast both delicious and from local products.

“Beautiful lodge!”

So glad we stayed here. It was beautiful and the family who ran it were so lovely. The food was great and a good portion after hiking all day. They also helped arrange for us to go to the hot springs which was amazing. Definitely recommend!

“Best stay in Peru”

Beautiful property, great hosts, delicious food. Birds on the feeders and hummingbirds flying, you can watch them from your bed. Just a fantastic stay, our favourite stay in Peru thank you 😊

Wonderful spot! Friendly people, delicious food, inviting and calm garden, nice vibe. They washed and dried our shoes after a long and muddy walk! Highly recommended

“Paradise”

A real paradise on the Salkantay trek! The room was big and clean, with a hot shower and a comfy bed. Food was one of the best we've had on the trip and they even prepared a vegan dinner for us with rice, lots of veggies and yummy avocado. But the real highlight was the beautiful garden, full flowers and birds. I wish I could have stayed longer!

We especially loved the excellent food, which featured many homemade products and fresh, locally prepared ingredients. The warm, family-like atmosphere made us feel welcome and completely at home from the very beginning. We would come back anytime and highly recommend this place.

“A little paradise after a long trek”

Everything was great. The shower was really hot. Everything was extremly clean, pretty and with birds in the garden, a roof covering the whole area, possibilities to air dry clothes. The food was delicious and abundant and the staff was very helpful.

The best hostel in salkantay ( and maybe in Peru) by far. Beautiful, comfortable and clean rooms.
