The facility has a nice pool area. Also for an additional 20 USD you can follow yoga lessons twice a week. The room was clean and had a nice airco. Surfboard for one day is 25 USD, it takes roughly 5 min to walk to the beach. You might need a 4x4 as the street is in a bad state. Finally, it might be hard to find and there is cellular network available.

We loved everything about Lua Villas. The location is perfect, Hermosa Beach is better for swimming surfing. Our studio was very spacious with a huge bed and a lounge patio. Mornings were for yoga or workout classes. Nice pool area. Great breakfast possibility on other side of the road. Staff will give you all their recommendations. Great value for money

Good location steps from the beach, cabins well maintained and cleaned everyday, pleasant outdoors. The place is very calm, away from San Teresa center agitation. Access a little bit rough, like everywhere in CR, need a SUV

“Wonderful place”
Kept booking for longer as I loved it so much. As a result stayed in 3 different apartments, all wonderful. The beach is beautiful and the surf is good, although quite a long, tricky paddle out. It’s only 3 mins through a bit of jungle to the beach. Felt very safe for solo female.
