Hotel Raratonga is a great place to stay when visiting Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. The hotel is located just 100 meters from the beautiful Playa Santa Teresa beach, perfect for surfers and beach lovers. The rooms and apartments are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with air conditioning, a coffee maker, refrigerator, and a shared terrace or private patio. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool and beautiful tropical gardens[2][3]. The staff (Alessia) is very friendly and helpful, always willing to provide information about local activities or assist with booking tours. The location is ideal, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops, and a supermarket. Overall, Hotel Raratonga is an excellent choice for a stay in Santa Teresa.

“Great place to stay”
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Santa Theresa. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Raratonga is one of the best hotels in Santa Theresa. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Costa Rica. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Pura-Vida.

Great for many reasons. Comfortable, clean, secure, beautiful landscaped gardens, lovely pool to fall in after the hot dusty street, location is close to great surf breaks. For us the location away from the busy bustling end of the street was perfect as we don't need the party scene.

“New year stay in Santa Teresa”
We stayed 9 nights at New Year, in the one bedroom apartment. The apartment is at the front of the property, so nearer the road but a very private space. Well equipped kitchen, including corkscrew; we made breakfast here every morning. The apartment is cleaned daily by a friendly cleaner who put up with us practicing our Spanish on her! Alessia was a great help. The location is good, very near the beach and local shops and restaurants while being a little away from the busiest parts of the resort.
