“Affordable, clean, great location and super attentive staff!”

Stayed in quite a few different places in Santa Teresa and this was my favourite. Really close to everything - within walking distance. Organic supermarket has some great produce which is right next door. Really affordable and the staff are very helpful and respond quickly to any queries! It’s also very quiet in the evenings which is a huge plus!

The hosts are incredibly accommodating and were very responsive to all our requests. Exceptional customer service! The room is simple but has everything you need and the shared kitchen is very well equipped and kept clean. Location is great and close to everything! Definitely recommend.

Shanti was really kind and helped us when the water was off in the city and changed us to a new room with the refund. The room was quite big and the shared kitchen was nice. The location was very good. Perfect for us for a couple of days in Santa Teresa!

“Cozy apartment to work remotely and enjoy the beach”

Since I booked the apartment, arrival and stay, Facu was attentive. The location is quite central, very close to restaurants and stores. The apartment has the minimum necessary (refrigerator, coffee maker, gas stove) ideal for those who want to prepare a meal. It has a very good WiFi connection for those who need to work remotely.

The guy who is responsible for the check in was friendly very responsible and responsive to our messages and gave us a lot of tips. The place is little but clean and has shared kitchen where you find all what you need and the most important all the kitchen stuff is clean really to use. The place is front of the main street so it was nice to take a walk

Facu was the perfect host and always available for some information! The location was good and even though it’s next to the main road it’s a quiet, hidden place.

Really great stay here! Facu was a friendly host who gave us heaps of great tips about where to surf. The room and kitchen were clean. Would definitely stay again!

I've struggled to give this review as the host was great, and went out of their way to resolve my issues and refund me for the nights that i cancelled, but I really wasn't happy with the experience. Kitchen had pretty much everything you could need, air conditioning was fine, bathroom was OK. It's quite close to the beach and local amenities.

Oxford Dictionary please ad to description of "HOST": Facu from Branca Apts. Exemplary and friendly "fernet" Facu is a source of info, and all the tips and tricks in Santa Teresa. His rooms, some with private kitchen, are very clean and comfortable, and fully equipped, good Airco as well. The location is central,. along the asfalt road, no dust.. Also parking place, and outside shower for after the beach. Beach on the other side of the road, the restaurants and banks and supermarkets within walking distance. Good vibe.

We had a great stay at Branca Apts, no issues whatsoever and any queries we had the owner was more then happy to assist with. Great place to stay close to all the facilities and offset enough from the road/noise as well as a nice secure private gate to seperate the property. We loved our stay!

We booked Branca Apartments at the last moment for a whole week and were lucky enough to find this place. Our unit was the one with its own kitchen. Other rooms use a communal kitchen which is kept spotless by the awesome staff and other guests. We enjoyed having our own blender and coffee machine to make smoothies and drinks. No one can complain about the location, across the street from Banana Beach and 3 minutes walk to the beach. We looked forward to the outdoor shower every night. Lastly, we appreciated the lighting in this place! The lights are warm and yellow (low lumens) versus the harsh industrial white light we see used in so many places.

A convenient, central location, close walking distance to the main beach in Santa Teresa. The room was modern and clean, tastefully done, with a well-functioning kitchen with a double gas hob, with blender, filter coffee maker, toaster, and reasonably large fridge-freezer. Also, a pleasant outdoor covered area with a table and two chairs that gave shade and privacy. A small functional en-suite bathroom with shower. The A/C worked well. Facu was very helpful and friendly and arranged a taxi for us to get to the property, and it was on time and convenient.

Facu was lovely and went out of his way to give us good recommendations about where to go and sort our washing. The room is comfortable and clean with air conditioning and it was great to be able to make use of the kitchen which is really well equipped. Santa Teresa is one of the more expensive parts of Costa Rica and the location of this property is what you pay for so don’t expect a room out of this world, however, the rooms are right in the middle of everything and even though we had a car, we walked to a lot of the restaurants.
