The Location is great

“OUTSTANDING – perfect location, spotless, great value, and a fantastic host”

My partner and I were profoundly impressed with both the accommodation and our overall stay. The apartment was absolutely spotless and looked even better in person. It was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, e.g. bath and beach towels, cooking and dining utensils, a coffee machine and kettle, microwave, TV, Wi-Fi, a picnic blanket, soaps, and more. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially important for us. The location is truly unbeatable! It is directly across from the beach, yet set just far enough back from the main road to feel peaceful, private, and very safe. It’s within easy walking distance of great restaurants (we loved Eat Street across the road), ATV rentals, shops, and a variety of beautiful beaches and surf spots. We also appreciated having a fully secure, gated area where we could safely park our ATV overnight. Our host was wonderful! Very humble, friendly, and incredibly responsive. He went out of his way to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone considering staying here.

This is such a good place to stay - so close to the beach and between loads of bars / restaurants / supermarket (everything you need). The apartment is clean, comfy, has all the amenities (coffee machine, toaster, fridge, stove, microwave etc). The host, Mauricio, is super friendly and helpful. I took a bunch of surf lessons with him as well which I would recommend. Would definitely stay again.

The location is perfect, right in the middle of Santa Teresa by eat street. The host is very friendly and accommodating. Great wifi, great AC, highly recommend.

After travelling for 4 months, it was great to finally have my own space in this beautiful apartment! Clean, kitchen utilities were great, comfy. Location was fantastic, close to many restaurants, the beach. As a female solo traveller, I felt very safe. Mauricio was fantastic and I look forward to coming back and staying again here!

Amazing location in the best part of Santa Teresa just a few minutes walk to the beach. Complex is very secure and has a big apartment including refrigerator, stove, blender and plenty of kitchenware. Very close to great restaurants, nightlife, mini mart, surf and atv rentals. Helpful and friendly hosts.

“Lovely place to stay in St. Teresa, more so if you're looking to surf.”

It's a very comfortable studio. The host Maurício was very helpful, allowed me a quite early check-in as the unit was ready and gave me great tips for the area and surf, always responsive when needed. I only stayed five nights but the apartment was cleaned and towels/lining changed once which is appreciated. The unit has a very well equipped kitchen, with all needed kitchenware for cooking/preparing, a two plate induction stovetop that actually works great, toaster/microwave/blender/coffee maker, a large fridge with freezer, great AC, fan, nice bathroom, always working hot water, large bright window. The location is great, out and a straight line down to St. Teresa beach, there's everything you need nearby as well. Will definitively stay again if I visit St. Teresa again.

Very nice and comfortable apartment that has everything you need directly located at Playa Santa Teresa. Friendly and helpful host as well.

Lovely little place near the ocean! Clean and comfortable, with hot water, and good AC. Mauricio also took me for a surf lesson which was good fun and value for money. Felt safe and secure.

The apartment was even better than on the pictures, very clean and spacious. There is no reception, but Mauricio was there within 5 minutes when we arrived. He was also very quick to respond on WhatsApp and wanted to help us with everything. A nice secure place for our car behind a gate. And a nice kitchen with everything you need.

Best location in Santa Teresa! Really loved our apartment, it was quite expensive however I think you can find way more expensive accomondations in Santa Teresa with lower standards so the price didn't matter that much since the location was great!

Great location, just a foot step from the center of town and walking distance from Santa teresa main beach. The owner is very friendly and is abilave whenever you need and for every thing you want. The room is big and has a kitchen, had a great stay!
