Best public entrance to the beach just in front. This comfortable studio is well equipped and perfectly located. A/C is super efficient and the bed was the best we had in Costa Rica. Cool set-up with the cozy terrasse. Definitely recommend.

“We had a great stay!”
It was a great stay! We are a couple and we took the apartment with 2 rooms, one was for luggage and the other for sleeping. The apartment was large and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The rooms have excellent air conditioning and a TV. The patio in the apartment is exactly what you need when you are not at the beach. On top of all that, the staff is very friendly and always checked that everything was okay with us and that we were not missing anything. Excellent value for money and a good choice for those looking for an apartment in Santa Teresa.

“Great place to enjoy Santa Teresa and surf”
The studio offers all the facilities that we needed for our stay. It had a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, small terrace and nice shower with good pressure and hot water. The studio is located 5 minutes walking distance from playa del Carmen and main facilities like grocery stores, restaurants and surf board rental. It also offers internal parking. Very good Wi-Fi and good communication with the host and cleaning of the apartment is possible during the stay.

“It was perfect”
It was very clean. And the shower was perfect. Even the shower outside was so nice and was very helpful after a beachday. . The kitchen has everything you need. And Denis was very nice. Thanks for everything. Saludos

Just a few steps to the small path to the beach. We saw monkeys there several times in our way to the beach. Perfect spot for beach days and surfing. Very friendly housekeeper Excarleth (only spanish, but Google translator helps). Easy and friendly communication per Mail for anything else.

“Great stay, in a nice, fully equipped t”
it’s a really nice apartment, at a nice and quite location, very close to the Main Street. So nice restaurants, shops and a supermarket are just around the corner… The kitchen is truly fully equipped, everything you need is there! And there is also a shared washing machine you can use. The apartments are recently build or renovated, so everything is fresh and new… And besides all of this, the host Denis is really an amazing guy! He’s so friendly and helpful. and he’ll do everything to make sure you have a pleasant stay. (He doesn’t really speak English, but we managed fine with google translate conversation 😊)… I would definitely recommend this place!
