Overview
Hotel Riviera is set on Santa Susanna’s beach-front promenade and just 100 metres from the beach. It features a restaurant and air-conditioned rooms with balconies. The Riviera offers simply decorated rooms with a TV and a full equipped bathroom. A buffet breakfast and a selection of Mediterranean cuisine are on offer in the hotel’s restaurant. The centre of Santa Susanna is just 5 minutes’ walk from the Riviera and Montnegre Park is set on the outskirts of the resort. Barcelona and El Prat Airport can be reached in an hour, by car.

“Stopover”
We know the area and there is a huge free public parking nearby. Hotel is clean, comfortable bed, fridge in the room, rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Our room had a balcony facing the pool. Dinner was good and lots of choices. Breakfast was also very good. We enjoyed our stay. Personnel were friendly and helpfulm

“Good stay but improvement is required”
The room was okay, but we were disappointed with the breakfast service. The food selection was quite limited, although what was available tasted good. One highlight was the champagne offered during breakfast. However, during our 12-day stay, we encountered the issue of empty champagne bottles at the serving area on about six occasions. Each time, the waiter simply said there was no more available. Given the number of guests and the price paid, this response felt inadequate. The hotel should ensure that champagne is available throughout the entire breakfast period, especially since some guests come down just 30 minutes before breakfast ends. It’s important to accommodate all guests equally, regardless of the time they choose to eat.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very nice and friendly, especially the kitchen team, the gentleman at reception, and the cleaning staff – they really made us feel welcome. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach. The food was delicious, and our room was comfortable and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
