The beds were nice

I booked an all-inclusive package, and in my reservation it clearly stated that activities, spa access, and all drinks were included. However, upon arrival, this was not the case at all. For drinks, only one type of beer was included, while everything else either required extra payment or was simply unavailable. This does not match what was advertised in the booking. Additionally, the booking indicated that the all-inclusive service starts at 9:00 AM, but at the hotel, I was informed it only begins at 11:00 AM. The spa was also listed as included in my reservation, yet when I tried to use it, I was told I had to pay extra. Finally, I noticed a clear difference in treatment depending on the language spoken — guests who spoke French appeared to receive better service. Overall, this experience did not meet the expectations set by the booking, and I find this misleading and disappointing

The hotel was very nice, the room was adequate, cleaned daily, and the service was friendly. The pool was large and there were plenty of sunbeds. The entertainment staff were excellent; there was water gymnastics, yoga, bingo, etc., and the beach was a 5-minute walk away.

A very nice location, the hotel is spacious and offers a lot of activities during the day. The staff is very nice and helpful. We were greeted by a glass of champagne. The rooms are cleaned every day, and overall the hotel is clear. The food choice is amazing, a lot of variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Needs refurbishing, like some basic room amenities I would expect from a 4* hotel

Recepction- dramatic, slow, unfrendly Room- small, dirty, hard matrac Elevator ni.1 - out of order , 3th floor some steel wire came out from the wall, at the elevator door Hotel was full with noisy kids, no rest until 1AM Parking 12€/day Positive: breakfast

We are very satisfied with our stay at the hotel. The rooms were big enough, the beds comfortable. We had a wonderful view of the sea. We had booked breakfast and dinner and we also really enjoyed the food in the restaurant.

Hotel was clean and friendly and close walking to shops and train station, staff were very helpful

Staff friendly and helpful. Beds were so comfortable we wanted to take them home. Food very good. Pool area kept spotless and always enough beds.
