Stuff was unpolite, cleaning ladies did not clean nathroom or the sheets. Food was poor. Not good value for the price

“Worth the money”

We got premium room, and for that we are extremely grateful, we had enormous terrace that overlooked garden and the sea. Reception staff was very understanding and helpful. Beach was very close and very clean.

Plenty of sunbeds around the pool but we were off season and nicr bar area. Large bedrooms, nice massage shower and plenty of space to unpack. The hotel was also able to accommodate our mobility scooter, very good as we are all disabled. Not sure whether the hotel would be packed during the height of the season.

An incompetent administrator failed to notice our booking for a family with children, and as a result we were left out on the street with nowhere to stay.

The staff were helpful to name Lilly and Agatha at the reception. The cleaners did an excellent job cleaning our room everyday. There are a lot of choices for breakfast and dinner. The stairways are clean and shining.

The outdoor pool is spacious with a kids play area and very attentive life guards :) The indoor pool is a plus if the weather isn’t great ! The sitting area inside is spacious and comfortable, lovely bar and always very clean. The children enjoyed the suggested activities by the “happy team” . Evening games and “disco” was always good fun! The staff in the restaurant were also professional and helpful. The staff at reception were always helpful and welcoming.

The attention given by the receptionist was very good, especially Paula. The facilities were as expected, both comfortable and with enough areas to relax around the hotel. There were also lots of fun activities to take part on.

“No happy with the stay”

Dinner was not very good , everything had pork/ham in it and people who don’t eat pork have not been left with much of a choice . Even salads had pork or ham in it . Breakfast was adequate , nothing extraordinary worth mentioning . Location was the only think good about this hotel . Rooms were a good size .

Overall great place, but we atrived in halloween and they had a chaos. 2 hrs to check in, never happened in my life. Breakfast is fantastic

Very clean and practical.

The room and balcony were very nice. The bathroom was dated, but clean. There is a lot of space to 'hang-out' at the hotel and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was decent.

The property was fabulous, spacious and very clean. The rooms had two comfortable double beds. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. The pool area was spotless and well organised. The entertainment at night was fun. Though it was busy - we got a seat no problem. The reception staff were very helpful.
