“Very nice place”

Went there for a stop over for a night, takes a bit of effort to go there (maybe arrive early, and leave late next day to maximize the hot water pool time). Food was quite good. We also did the hike which was nice.

Highly recommended! The hotel is spectacular! Wow! The facilities are beautiful, the surrounding scenery is breathtaking, and the hot springs make you feel really pampered. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and the food is delicious. My family and I would happily return again and again. Tip: avoid arriving in a very low car, as part of the road leading to the hotel is unpaved.

Everything was so well organised the staff were always around and helpful especially in the hot pool area they even brought you drinks ( but served in proper beautiful glasses not plastic cups !!) and snacks Sooo nice when you are inside for hours !!!

Amazing hot spring water pools and the spa was amazing

The waterfall hike experience guided by Jon, the excellent service from the hotel staff, and the free access to the other thermal baths. And of course the amazing views! They keep your luggage until the flight and you can enjoy the thermal baths.

We stayed in the newer side of the hotel and it was really great. The thermal pools are amazing and also a nice breakfast.

We loved the hot spring pools and spent a whole afternoon moving from pool to pool and enjoying the bar, the room was excellent, large and well lit, the shower in particular was the best I have had in Colombia, staff were polite and professional, the location and hotel were beautiful, the restaurant was also excellent. This is really a gem worth visiting.

The location is amazing. We had a nice view on the nature in front of the hotel and from the baths it was even more beautiful. The room is nice and has everything you need. Our 2 year old enjoyed himself as well and the personel was very friendly towards him. Changing tables were available in dressing room for the baths.

It was our second time in this hotel, we really like the pools and that you can go for a walk or do some group activities organized by the hotel. Also this time we tried the massage and it was really good.

The location was extremely peaceful and surrounded by rainforest and waterfalls. The hotel's thermal pools were quiet during our stay and many times we had them to ourselves. My partner had a massage in the spa and thought it was excellent experience and very reasonably priced. The Plan Americano had a good selection of meals to choose from, all were all delicious. Our deluxe room was very clean and spacious, with a great waterfall view
