“Never again!”
Joanna the receptionist was very helpful. However she was extremely misinformed. She received orders on the phone from a very rude man and she had no idea of how to orientate the customers

“If you are tourist choose another hotel closer to the main square”
Spacious room. The only person who help me was Pau, a waitress of the roof top restaurant who speaks a little English and give me some information about the hot springs.

“Bad.very, very bad!”
The staff - rude, unapologetic, careless. The facilities - everything is out of service at all hours. The location - it's in a poorly located street sorrounded with bad looking and loud pubs. As we arrived, the elevator wasn't working. This is understandable. What is not understandable is seeing your two guests walk up the stairs with 5 large bags and offer no help. The elevator was working on our second day. And then not working again on our third day (the day we were leaving). Again, down the stairs we go with our 5 large bags. As we left, the same staff member that received us do poorly was right at our floor. Again, no help was offered. Further more: on our first day, it took us 1 hour and a half to try to shower! I woke up, went to the shower and there was some water coming out but cold, for 5 mins. Called reception and out friendly staff member said she would be coming soon. We waited... And after a while called reception again. The staff member answers saying the hot water was turned off (but we were waiting and she made no effort to call back to say she had fixed it). I tried to shower again and it was the same. When we called, she told us that the water was probably cut and asked if we wanted BUCKETS to be talen to the room so we could bathe. We ended up showering in the suite, which, for some reason, had water, and hot water. The most disappointing was there was not one apology for any for this. Not a hint of feeling obliged to their guests.

We ended up doing the check in quite late in the night and then the staff allowed us to do the check out 2h later, so we could rest 😊
