“Cute place in centre of town”
Really friendly owners. Standard Colombian breakfast of fruit, eggs, coffee and juice. Room and bed were a good size. Hot water in the shower. Laundry was quick and cheap.

“Quiet place”
This hostal was a quiet oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Santa Rosa de Cabal. We liked our room and the little patio area outside. The staff was friendly enough to let us store our luggage as we arrived early.

Our hostess was kind and helpful, and very available. She booked our tickets to the Thermal Baths (San Vicente and was always available to answer our questions. She did our laundry for a very reasonable price.

“Central but noisy hostal”
Staff was pleasant and friendly. We had a room in the back with a nice view over the mountains. When I requested a boiled egg in stead of scrambled they accommodated me. They offered to clean the room every day.

“Excellent place to stay”
Excellent hostal. It feels more like a hotel than a hostal. The bed was comfortable, the shower had hot water and the room was very clean. The breakfast was the normal basis fruit, eggs and coffee but for the cost it was perfect. The host is super helpful and really looked after us. Highly recommend if you’re looking to visit the thermal spas near by.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The friendly and accommodating staff made me feel right at home. The ambience is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay, the breakfast is very good and the rooms are clean and comfortable. You can also enjoy the hammocks outside the rooms, access a fully equipped kitchen and the laundry service is very convenient. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. I highly recommend Hostal Don José to everyone visiting Santa Rosa de Cabal!
