“Best visit in Colombia”

We stayed for 2 nights at the lovely Hacienda de Santa Rosanne. It was truly amazing, it felt like coming home or like visiting family. The delicious food, the hospitality, the organic way of farming coffee. An amazing view over the valley and her mountains, clean and comfortable rooms. Luca and Alejandra are a heartwarming couple running the accomodation, following their dream, passion and love for providing a warm experience. They gave us more than we could ask for and will definitely come back if we have the chance!

I will start by saying that the pictures do not do any justice to this place, this place is better than expected, it is gorgeous! The hosts are amazing and passionate about what they do. From the welcome to their guests to the details in the bedroom and the food they cook daily! It is just amazing, we even had a campfire one night and had great conversations, though I went solo, it felt like I was home. Thank you, Alejandra and Luca, I am looking forward to returning!

“An unforgetable stay in the middle of a coffee plantation”

There are not many accomodations with this kind of experience, as staying at a Coffee Estate and being able to observe the whole activity at an authentic coffee plantation. Luca, the host, has made all possible efforts that we will remember our stay as a once-in-a-lifetime biotourism experience. You spend your stay at the Hacienda in the middle of the coffee plantations, in the heart of the Colombian Coffee Triangle. The value added is the opportunity to participate in a Coffee Tour, during which the owner presents all the little details about the coffee growing, processing and production, with a coffee tasting as the final part of it. The gastronomy throughout the stay is individually designed and presented in a homy style.

“Authentic coffee finca experience in beautiful nature”

Very beautiful, colorful and authentic coffee finca in the mid of nature with fantastic mountain views. The rooms are cozy, nicely decorated and with a big balcony. Moreover, there is a huge garden and a public terrace. Super lovely hosts where we felt very welcome from the beginning. The food tastes amazing, the menus are all homemade, creative and fresh with lots of local ingredients from the farm. One evening even the Italian host Luca cooked an Italian dinner for us. Vegetarian and vegan options were also not a problem at all and very delicious. The Hacienda offers coffee tours right at their farm. We did a full-day tour with Luca and learned so much about the whole process of making coffee, picked coffee beans in the coffee fields and ended with a coffee degustation. We really enjoyed the local experience and the familiar atmosphere and can totally recommend staying there.

“A great stay in the mountains, don’t miss it!”

Everything was great! Alejandra and Luca, the food, the stunning views, the room, the coffeetour. It’s a relaxed place to be in the mountains.

“Home away from Home”

I don't think I can have enough words or space here to describe my whole wonderful experience. All I would say it to book it without any hesitation. Hacienda Santa Rosanna is not a hotel, it's 100% better. Hacienda Santa Rosanna is not an Airbnb, it's 100% better. Let's say it's like travelling to meet some family members for the 1st time, you grew up knowing you had cousins lets say in Santa Rosa De Cabal and decided to go and meet them for the 1st time. You arrive and have that huge feeling of homestay, they welcome you and treat you like VIP. Make sure you're 100% comfortable, ask you what you'd like to eat/drink, if you need help with transportation, anything!! And they also have on site coffee tours incl: coffee picking, coffee tasting and local food lunch. So you can have a whole experience when staying here. I thought I would have to book it separetely not realizing that I was staying at a coffee farm-:) If I were a local, I would definitely come at least every quarter to relax & recharge. “Amaizing!”

The property is beautiful, Alejandra and Luca have thought about every single detail to make your stay unforgettable. The view is lovely, the food is delicious prepared with local ingredients and all the personal are members of the community, thus by staying here, you also contribute of the sustainability of the inhabitants. Also the organic coffee they grow has won the second best coffee of Santa Rosa del Cabal and it's delicious.

Alejandra and Luca are such amazing hosts. They made us feel like home! The bedroom was super comfy. As they just renovated the place last year, everything is super nice, new, clean. The food was amazing and we did book a coffee tour with Luca that was super interesting and insightful. They went up and beyond to make us feel good and secure, and even helped us with our further travels as we didn't know it was end of holiday season. Thanks so so much, we had a lovely time 💗
