Overview
Bahia del Sol is 100 metres from Santa Ponsa Beach, Mallorca, and offers panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. It has an outdoor pool, gym and a spa area with heated indoor pool and sauna (seasonal). All rooms have air-condition, some have a private balcony, most with sea views. Each has a satellite TV, safe (€) and fridge. The private bathroom comes with a hairdryer and amenities. The Bahia del Sol’s traditional-style restaurant serves mediterranean cuisine. There is also a bar in the lobby/at the outdoor pool. There is a children’s playground on the 4th floor of the hotel. Santa Ponsa Golf Club is a 5-minute drive away, and there are snorkelling schools in the area. Free on-site parking is offered, and you can hire a car or bicycle (seasonal) at the Bahia’s tour desk. There is a 24-hour reception, and WIFI is available in the rooms and community areas.

“Nice hotel, food ok, location good”
Well decorated. The rooms were lovely and comfortable. The pool area was nice but not nearly enough beds. There was entertainment one night but we missed it as it wasn’t advertised anywhere. In a great spot, near the big beach and the beautiful small beach and the bus stops at the roundabout. The breakfasts were nice except for the bacon that was cooked in a big lump, crispy on top and almost raw underneath. I would have like heated plates too as the food gets cold quick. The rooftop is spectacular for the sunset. A must with a cocktail!

““One of the best 4- stars hotels in Santa Ponsa and in Mallorca.”
The professionalism of the reception staff and the kindness of the bar staff. The swimming pool and the gym. The sky bar at 6th floor was amazing too. Also, the room cleanliness was excellent, our room was cleaned every day, which was fantastic.

“A smooth, comfortable, and very enjoyable stay.”
Everything was great. On the first night, the air conditioning wasn’t working efficiently, but after informing the reception, the issue was fixed within 5 minutes. The food was delicious, and the hotel staff were very attentive and friendly. Due to some reasons, we arrived one day earlier than our reservation date, and they kindly helped us stay at the hotel for that night as well. I would also like to thank them for their support. I definitely recommend this hotel. Everything was perfect for us.

Both breakfast and dinner were more than expected. You had everything for any taste. The inner pool was very nice with warm water and cozy atmosphere. The staff was very kind and helpful.
