“Great location for solo travellers or couples, a few niggles”

Excellent location and stunning view. The bathroom looks to have been recently renovated, the kitchen facilities are fine for a short stay and the sofa and bed are comfortable. I had a plumbing problem which was quickly resolved, and Alexei was helpful and responsive in general. One of the issues I raised with Alexei (mould in the bedroom) has been sorted out.

Fabulous view, so clean and spacious. Very central and only a five minute walk to the main beach/ ponsa strip. Lots of shops and restaurants near by. Small beach right beside apartment aswell as a fab pool. Four of us stayed in the apartment and we had loads of space. Excellent air conditioning and facilities (shower, Wifi, kitchen ) were exceptional. Alexei the owner was great to respond with any questions we had. Couldn’t recommend enough !! Will definitely return again.

The apartment is in a nice and clean block of flats directly at sea cost with amazing view to the see. Especially sunsets are wonderful. The soothing splashing of waves is lightly heareable in loggia even with closed window. It's really pleasure to falling a sleep with sound of waves. The apartment is equipped with one double bed and two folding couches. Double bed is very comfortable. Couch in living room is slightly less comfortable, but of course it's just because it's not a bad, but it's a sofa. There is fully equipped kitchen corner. We cooked for ourself and we didn't miss anything. It's possible to go for a swim on rocky beach directly under the apartment. Just go down by elevator and you are at the beach with clean water. We were travelling by BUS, which is good option for moving to near interesting locations (Palma, Marineland, Port d'Andratx, Deiá,...). A BUS station is about 100m from apartment. We were in Santa Ponca out of tourist season, so quite a lot of restaurants and small shops were closed. But it was not a problem because there was still some shops open. I can recommend Superdeal at Edificio Montecarlo. There was open some pizzeria near crossing of Carrer Huguet des Far and Carrer de Ramon de Montcada too.

The location easy to find and the view, wonderful! Many option to eate in the neighbourhood. To have a parking was ok, but not easy to find a place every night inside. Good sleeping couch and bed.
