“Compact but Complete Holiday Experience”

The Hotel is compact but provides a complete holiday experience with the decent sized rooms, swimming pools on-site restaurant and the Children's entertainment every evening. Parking was easy to find on the street down near the tennis courts. It meant a small walk but this is also the terrain in Santa Ponsa. The On-site restaurant offered good tasting food at exceptional value. Service from hotel staff and room cleaning was on point.

“Good value for money.”

Good value for money. We especially appreciated having a private kitchen, which made it easy to prepare the food we prefer instead of relying entirely on restaurants and cafés. If there had also been a coffee machine, it would have been nearly perfect for us. The apartment was clean and functional. Housekeeping was provided every other day, which suited us well. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The sofa bed in the kitchen area, however, was less comfortable, especially for a longer stay. The location is very convenient, with the beach, shops, cafés, and a bus stop all within easy walking distance. We enjoy hiking and active holidays, so we did not spend much time at the hotel itself. The pool looked nice and seemed popular with guests. The entertainment program was also well attended, and people appeared to enjoy the evening activities, including karaoke. The on-site parking felt a bit expensive. It would be nice to see more flexible pricing, especially considering that a significant part of the parking area was often empty. We stayed at this hotel in May and had a wonderful experience. The location is very convenient - everything is close and easy to reach. We especially appreciated having our own kitchen, which made it easy to prepare food for our child whenever needed. The breakfast option at the hotel was also very good, with a nice variety of food. There are swimming pools and plenty of sun loungers, which made relaxing very comfortable. We also loved the children’s club and the evening activities and games for both kids and adults - it created a fun and friendly atmosphere for the whole family. Another big advantage is how easy and quick it is to get to the beach, shops, cafés, and the bus stop. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

“Great Short Break”

Lovely hotel. Quiet location at top of strip. Friendly staff, nice room with kitchen / microwave / fridge / hob. Powerful shower with plenty hot water. No complaints at all. Food at pool bar is nice and well priced, eat here save going into town for lunch.

Breakfast selection was superb, and I found it amazing value for money. Location is amazing for families, loads to do, and easily reachable. Staff were helpful and friendly and couldnt of asked for more.
