“Fantastic property highly recommend.”
Plenty of space. Host was thoughtful with beers water and wine and plenty of coffee pods which was a nice touch. Host kept in contact to make sure everything was going well.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa! The view from the balcony over the pool and the sea was absolutely stunning. The house was spotless and very comfortable, and the pool was perfect for relaxing. Alejandro was a wonderful host — kind, helpful, and welcoming. We would love to come back one day! 🌅✨

Stunning views from.balcony looking over sea. Short walk to main beach. Lovely clean and large pool. Host was very friendly and accomodating and easy to get in touch with and quick response. Loads of space on balcony and inside. Air con was a godsend 😊

The villa is nicely located, in the second line with a view of the bay. It is not a modern house, more of a beach property, but it is quite spacious, with several bathrooms and plenty of square footage for the kitchen, living room, and bedrooms, although with the beautiful weather in June, we spent most of our time outside on the large terrace (and in the swimming pool). Nice that there is a good dishwasher.

Fantastic stay at Akrotiti, the photos don’t do it justice. In a lovely area just outside of Santa Ponsa (10 min walk) with a lovely quiet beach a 2 minute walk away. The host Alejandro is very attentive and provided a lot of good help. Lots of outside space for seating both on the terrace and around the pool. Including a good bbq. Would definitely recommend for a group

“Beautiful villa”
Communication with the owners was really good. Beforehand, they were good, asking when we arrived and how to enter the property. Villa was spacious and very clean. In a great location as it was very quiet, but only a 10 minute walk from shops and restaurants.
