“Great base with stunning vistas in Santa Pola”

It is a great little apartment with everything you need. The host could not be more helpful. Its got a great balcony with the best view of the sunrise and sunset. We sat out there and ate rather than indoors.

This property is situated in an ideal location, across from the Marina and right along beautiful beaches. The views from a beautiful balcony, which has dining and sun lounging furniture, are fabulous. Perfect place to watch the sun set. The apartment itself is extremely clean, has 2 bedrooms with comfortable double and single beds. There is a lounge/dining area and a compact but very serviceable kitchen that has absolutely everything you need to self cater. There is also a new washing machine in the apartment which is a bonus for travelling light. This is our 2nd trip here and we were very much impressed with the additions of either upgraded air-conditioning or ceiling fans etc in all rooms. The apartment is very clean, spacious and in a perfect location for accessing the beach, the marina and the restaurants in the area. There is also several large supermarkets close by and a larger market which runs every Monday and Saturday. The bus station is only a short walking distance away. There is a very good WiFi connection in the apartment and there is an elevator for easy access, plus a ramp running from the front entrance to the elevator for easier mobility if needed. The host, Pierre, is a gentleman who is very helpful and easy contactable if needed, as is his assistant Isabelle. We would highly recommend this apartment for your holiday in Santa Pola. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip here again this year and look forward to returning next year.

“Beautiful location, very clean, sea view, lovely balcony”

The property is ideally located across from Santa Pola marina and is a beach front property. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants serving a wide variety of delicious food close by and a very good supermarket is only a short walk away. You can take a boat trip to Tabarca Island from across the promenade. The apartment itself is beautifully laid out, very clean, with 2 bedrooms, a small but very serviceable kitchen, living/dining area and the highlight was the beautiful balcony with fabulous views, sun loungers and table and chairs. Plenty of ice in the freezer was very welcome as was the little welcome box with tea etc. The apartment has air conditioning and fan in the living area and there are plenty of fans in both bedrooms. The building has an elevator. We absolutely loved everything about the apartment and the area.

Washing machine was disaster, in very bad shape and the place where they keep looks very bad.

Great sea view from the terrace. The appartment is very well equipped and the wifi is 5G so I was able to work remotely while my elderly father enjoyed himself with long walks in Santa Pola. Both Pierre (the owner) and Isabelle (the lady who welcomed us) very helpful. We will be back.

Close to the beach, marina, restaurants & local shops. Well equipped with basics( should you need them) welcome bottle of wine from the host & the lovely helpful Isabelle.
