Lovely quiet location next to thd promenade. Very clean and just the right amount of equipment for coffee/tea etc. outside private terrace was a bonus and you could see the sea.

Rafael was very kind, welcomed us, showed us around in the area. It was a quiet place, the apartment had a large terrace, and everything we needed for the stay. It was modern and newly renovated. Quiet area, 3-4 good restaurants just around the corner. The beach is 2 min walk. A little far to the centre of Santa pola, but short waiting for Uber transport and close to the busstop. We had amazing days at Rafaels place♥️

The host Raphael is brilliant, a really good person who is happy to help with anything. I would highly recommend staying there, i will definitely visit again.

It was a nice quiet location, the apartment had everything we needed. We arrived on Sunday as there was no shops open the owners kindly gave us a carton of their milk.

​I absolutely loved the aesthetic of this villa; it perfectly balances a cozy, rustic look with modern cleanliness and amenities. The location is fantastic—it's very well-located for exploring the area, and the views from the property are simply amazing. A truly wonderful stay!

The host was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, especially with my arrival and checkout schedule. Check-in was very smooth via the online system. A very nice touch: welcoming chocolate croissants waiting in the room. The room was spacious, with a large terrace facing the backyard and plenty of natural light. Well-facilitated room: full blackout curtains, a mini oven suitable for warming or baking food, a mini fridge, and generous coffee and tea options with an espresso machine and water boiler. Fast and stable Wi-Fi. The TV supports streaming personal content (e.g., Netflix), even though I did not use it. The bed was large and very comfortable. Excellent cleanliness, with no strong cleaning-product odors, which I really appreciated. Air conditioning was available, allowing temperature adjustment. The highlight was the host, Rafael: very warm, personable, and thoughtful. He visited in person, shared useful local tips, and had a great chat with me about our shared hobby—distance running. Btw, he is a fast runner. He even took time to show me a nearby Italian restaurant and later cheered runners (including me) during a local running event, which was genuinely motivating. Very kind gesture to allow a late checkout so I could shower and change after the race.

The rooms are spacious, very comfortable with many amenities, coffee, tea, etc. Parking is just outside the property and it’s less than 30 meters from the sea.

I am sorry but I do not recommend this property. The room is almost ok, but in case there will be more guests in other apartments, I don't want to be here. Air-condition outdoor units are on the wall you have next to your head in bed, so it will be horrible to sleep there. On the other hand, to be fair, I have to say the room was clean and in good condition. Another big negative side was our host. Yes, we were late, because of unexpected issues on the road, but I did apologise and inform our host when this issue appeared. There is key box to arrange remote check-in, so it could be possible to check-in any time you need, but the host needed to arrive personally, to show his indignation and continue in not so polite communication which he started in messages. I haven't met anybody like this old guy during our trips to Spain yet. I do not understand why people like him run this kind of business...

We liked everything. The hospitality of the owners Pepi and Rafael is extraordinary. Fantastic restaurants around the hotel - all are friends of the owners and their guests receive special attention. The room is very well equiped. What else can be added to the excellent reviews? I hardly imagine what could be the reason for less than 10 in the review - in my opinion they merit only 10+++!

The apartment was amazing. Everything was very clean, and it’s located just next to the sea and close to restaurants. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. Great service and communication. We especially loved the terrace – perfect for sunbathing and enjoying morning coffee.
