“Nice apartment with good terrace and view in peaceful location”
We had a personal welcome and the host has been very communicative and helpful. Clean, spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen. Everything was as described and looked like the photos. The large terrace had a nice view to the beach, mountains and other towns in the distance. In May it gets sun in the morning, but you can move to one of the 2 pools for sunbathing in the afternoon. The terrace had plenty of chairs but only one sunbed. There were also a few portable chairs and a parasol to take to the pool and beach. The outside areas and pools were well maintained. In the middle of May the complex was not even half-full and the pools were not too busy. There's also a jacuzzi and the infinity pool is heated. It's a good location if you like to be away from the high-rise blocks and enjoy some peace and quiet. We didn't have a car and it was fine to walk to the amenities, but there are some hills. The beaches were very nice and kept natural (no sun loungers, toilets, food/drink stalls), access was via boardwalk over the dunes. The walk to closest beach is about 15 mins, the return is uphill but not too bad if you're reasonably fit. We went to the restaurants along the beach promenade in Arenales, closest is about 20 mins walk. The Unide supermarket is 10 - 15 mins walk. The R10 bus goes to Alicante Airport, closest bus stop is near La Milla Chiringuito. We really enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was big and clean with all equipment needed. The infinity pool was small but good and jacuzzi was a great addition. The best thing about the place was the host who accommodated all our needs and let us stay in the pool area after the check out and we also had a late check in at 1 am

“Very comfortable stay at the Costa Blanca”
Very nice apartment with lots of space and huge terrace overlooking the sea (from a distance). Very well stocked kitchen. Good working AC. Smart TV with Netflix etc. Diana, the host, met us when we arrived. Very friendly lady and very responsive by app for whatever questions we had. Very well English speaking. Information of the region in a map in the apartment and tips for restaurants. There are swimming pools in the apartment complex, but we didn't use them much. You have your own parking space.
