We have an ongoing dispute re charges for bed linen and treatment on advised late arrival and payment of unadvised fees in order to check in and receive keys....please advise as we've waited until now for resolution of our complaint

I hope you don't make the same mistake as me. They steal. They are liars. The apartment is not as it appears in the pictures. When you arrive at the apartment, they tell you to pay the electricity bill, pay for the bathroom towels, pay for the bed sheet and cover, and pay for the air conditioner. That is, when you look at the rent, 300 euros, don't forget that they will add another 400 euros. The apartment does not have cleaning materials, even the garbage does not exist. How is it possible that I have a 4-day vacation and I buy all these things? They lie about us. I do not recommend vacations. There are better houses.
