“Great location with a lovely pool and a super helpful host.”

The host was extremely responsive and helpful. He met us at the arranged time for a handover. He gave us lots of useful information about local restaurants. The location was excellent - close to the beach and close to the town. There was a great supermarket 2 minutes walk away. The apartment was very clean. The pool was fantastic. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were 3 bathrooms to match the 3 double bedrooms.

Fran was very helpful and provided lots of advice on activities and restaurants we could try. The location was great and we had a very enjoyable 5 days!

The owner if the property is very helpful and will look to accommodate requests when possible. He also sent me lots of useful info on shops and restaurants before we arrived The house is well situated with the supermarket on 3 mins walk and bars and restaurants near by. The busiest area at the Marina is only a 20 minute walk. The house was great and having the private garage was a big help not having to get into a scorching hot car and also being able to park safely. There's a good size private communal pool right outside the back door. All in all a great stay and would definitely recommend the property.

Beautiful clean and spacious villa with a lovely seating area outside to relax. The swimming pool was enjoyed by us all, especially my 2 year old grandson. Very friendly and helpful host

Very nice and helpful host, location is great, it’s not so turistic area (which we found great) but you can find everything by walking distance, shops, restaurants, beaches, swimming pool is fantastic, very well maintained, open since very late, house is big, well equipped; all in all it’s a great place to stay!

Lovely home, very close to everything you need.

The house was very clean - even the oven! Three bathrooms were a major help and the patio a bonus in the morning for breakfast! The garage was also a pleasure - keeping our hire car ultra safe! It was right next to a supermarket and cafe/restaurant and two mins walk to the beach which has a promenade to walk or run, in both directions. The town is 10/15min walk and there are plenty of supermarkets within a five min drive.

Property was lovely and in a nice area 2 mins walk to mercadona and 5 to the promenade maybe 10 to beach and 15 to marina but lots of restaurants nearby pool was beautiful and on doorstep lovely terrace and eating area in property also washing machine and dryer Host let us in at 4 instead of 5(which is late for check in) also allowed us an extra hour at check out

The apartment is clean, well stocked and spacious, everyone has a bathroom, the beds are big and comfy, the terrace is great, very secure and it is so quiet. Everything we needed was here. The pool was open in February which was a massive bonus, supermarket nextdoor, we didn’t have a car but the garage was really handy for the bikes we hired. Everything was perfect

Lovely clean apartment/ villa. A great patio for sitting outside with the family. Lovely pool. Close to Santa Pola centre and beach. Excellent car parking underneath if you have a car .

Francisco was a great host. He organized everything for us and was so helpful. The villa was excellent and very clean. The location was amazing. The pool was wonderful for all the family. We’re looking forward to returning to the villa .
