The food was amazing. The included breakfast had great options to choose from and the dinners/lunches were served from 12-9ish so had flexibility about when to eat. The restaurant staff were also lovely and helpful.

We stayed at Tewimake for our honeymoon. They have built a spectacular venue in the middle of the jungle. The activities are the highlight. The horseriding tour to the waterfall was incredible and the beach picnic and cinema were excellent too. The site is very scenic and there is lots of nature and beautiful birdsong

This is a beautiful designed hotel in the middle of the jungle, surrounded by flowers, plants, birds and the beautiful Don Diego River. The Rooms are amazing I tried both the tree house and the suite and I can recommend both experiences. The hotel has a boat that will take you to a real beach, organized with private sun beds and a bar for hotel guests. The Kayak activity is mind blowing. My private tour with Tyrona with Brian was excellent. He is a very good guide and very knowledgeable. Food is over all good This is a special piece of paradise in heart and once in it, you will not want to leave. Massages are very good. The staff is sweet and friendly. Santiago was amazing. So far I think I will go back to this place often as it is one of my favorite now.

“Hidden gem in the middle of the jungle”

Beautiful location in the middle of the jungle, close to the Don Diego river. In which you can swim, tube and take a boatride to the beach. The room was very nicely decorated, felt like a home away from home. Food was good, massage was perfect, people super friendly. The place is only reachable by boat or the 4 wheel cart that they pick you up in, so don't expect to walk in and out easily to do a lot of other things. But the trips/experiences that they offer are wonderful, so that was enough for us.

The location is unique! The rooms are amazing… your own swimming pool, jacuzzi, open shower, big sofa, amazing nature… The hotel is in the middle of the jungle and can only be reached by boat or ATV. Extraordinary experience and very special hideaway. The staff is super kind and attentive. They are not transactional like in other hotels where every task is in exchange for a tip; at Tewimake there is a genuine willingness to make your experience great and it shows (and that’s why you should tip 😊). Finally, they will accommodate any activity you want to do, and there are plenty!! (Taurina National Park, surf, padel, Etc. All in all, would totally recommend, amazing experience.
