Clean, comfortable and efficient. AC worked fine. Bed was big and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and functional. Staff were friendly and helpful. Close to the centre of town. Street noise in the morning.

Location and secure parking for Moto

I stayed at the Ribai for 5 nights and I felt really comfortable. The location is unbeatable. If you take the MarSol bus from Cartagena like I did, the hotel is only a 15-minute walk from the stop. A large supermarket is just a minute away, and the old town is 5 minutes away. The beach is also not far away. There's also a rooftop terrace with a small pool that you can use. There's also a laundry service, which was cheaper than in Cartagena. I never enjoyed breakfast because I was usually already out and about. Wi-Fi was good everywhere and worked without interruptions.

Staff was very nice, has hot water in the shower, beds are comfy, room is very small, no soundproofing, very loud electrical system, we had to take the key card out and turn off the electricity to be able to sleep.

Only stayed here one night as I had a flight in the morning. Perfectly good hotel!

The staff were excellent, from Andres and the others at the reception to the dining room staff and cleaners. In fact the owners of the hotel should be thankful that their staff are so wonderful. It's the most positive thing I can compliment the staff on my experience at the hotel. The pool and terrace were great, except they have few loungers or chairs on the terrace, and if there are more than 5 people, one cannot find a chair or a lounger to lay on. Location was excellent.
