The cleanest property I have stayed between Santa Marta & El Rodadero: you can ask to have the Apartaroom clean every day and they do it properly. Arturo is always available and very helpful. Location is spot on in a quiet street.

“The best place to stay for a room only in Rodadero.”
I did not use a breakfast option here , as there were several food outlets and supermarkets within walking distance. The cleaning lady was exceptionally diligent and hard working, despite the high temperatures and humidity when I stayed there. The owner, Ivan and his wife were polite and not too invasive. He allotted me a balcony, which was a great pleasure as I don,t think I paid for an upgrade. No need for hot water as it was warm enough due to ambient conditions. Located in a quiet but safe area within 200-300 metres of three supermarkets of varying quality. But very hot and , for me best to go out in the evening.

The staff is very nice. The room was ok - spatious enough and clean. They also have a small fridge. Location is superb - next to the mail road and playa, but quiet and safe. The parking is inside the yard.

It was great, the stay at the hotel. The people were very attentive and friendly. Ivan is an excellent host. The people very polite.
