“Great Hotel!”
Incredible room with views to the sea, clean, super spacious. There was even a dim movement-sensitive light in the bathroom - great detail! Staff was friendly and competent. Location is pretty good too if you want to stay close to the center without much noise.

We had to call 3 times to ask for someone to clean our room... they did it at 3:30 afternoon

“Beautiful Hotel in Santa Marta”
The Hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very nice and well equipped! The bathroom is very big and the bed was super comfortable!! The breakfast was very good with many food options! In overall it was a great stay! Highly recommended!

“Gorgeous ocean view stay!”
This hotel was beautiful. It had a lovely terrace and although a small pool, it was still relaxing and with a beautiful view of the city and the sunset. Our room was lovely, spacious and quiet with a great ocean view. Close to many bars and restaurants, we will be back.

“Avergae and not at the level of a Hilton”
No good service, we had to move our luggage, no one helped. car parking is terrible. Breakfast food is average no special treats and there is cheating in the room since you pay more for sea view and it is not true, there is a buolding of 6 stores in front.

“Average food, avergae location, average service”
The location is at the end of the street and there was people sleeping on the street and beggars. The parking is modern but quite narrow making only for small cars and even small cars have some issues. In most of these lift parking there is a valet parking but here we had to do it all by ourselves.
