I don't really know, it was ok for one night, but more I wouldn't. I think the owners tried their best, but still I didn't felt really welcoming...

“Cosy.”
It's great. Having been travelling for a very very long time this place was great. Just felt as if I was living back home. Great people. The dog is so lovely as well. Wish I could have stayed longer but was booked. Thank you Gavin.

Close to principal road, on quier street, the room for 1 person is extremly small , it is part of technical hall and the noise from a some agregator is quite unpleasant in the night. Owners were very nice peole

“Cozy”

“Couple night stop over while I was not well.”
The bed was super comfy, air con was a blessing, and great wifi. The hosts were amazing!!! And their son runs tours, and they have a beautiful dog!! Great restaurant around the corner Hakuna Matata

“Kind hosts, good location and great value for money”
Super kind hosts, very attentive and friendly. Offered us Coffee & Mangoes when we arrived. The room was clean & comfortable, with an air-conditioned and a fan, and a big closet for storage. Quite neighborhood in a good location- easy to get to from other cities, and collectivos close by to any destination. Great value for money.

“Local budget stay comvenient for Tayrona, but not very comfortable”
The location is convenient for Tayrona bus, it runs on the main street 2 minutes from the casa. You can store your luggage when going to Tayrona. The owners are a nice elderly couple. We could use a kitchen once to prepare some fruits and snacks. There is breakfast, very simple.

“Passable”
The room was big enough and the AC was much appreciated. The bathrooms were kept clean and Buenavista Mall was within walking distance. The couple who hosted us were friendly and accommodating.

“Comfortable and great value”
Such a kind family who will go out of their way to help you with whatever you need. The value for money is outstanding and you can walk to some of the main tourist attractions or we used HeyTaxi to get around too, but the family are really happy to help you get a taxi and call too. 10 min drive to Centro historico. Great!!

The host family is incredibly nice. They helped us with everything we needed - it became our base for this part of Colombia. They are super friendly and even with no english (and us with no spanish!!) we managed all and we understood each other. We could use their kitchen to prepare dinners. Also location is amazing - bus stop to all directions is just behind the corner. We felt like at home!

I loved that is family run, they treat you like their own family. The son was lovely, took some of us out to the old town and showed us all around, got us food etc. Mr Felix picked me up from the airport and as soon as he saw me I got a big hug like long lost friends. They were very welcoming.

“My favourite stay in Colombia.”
Was a great stay we came back a second time. Met Jan who gave us a great tour of the city. Both Snr Felix and Jan very welcoming and great with history on Santa marta and advice. The bedroom was nice, comfortable and lots of ventilation, the bathroom was reasonably clean and the breakfast (w coffee) was a nice extra. Made Santa Marta one of my favourite cities to visit in Colombia so far! The buses to Park Tayrona were passed by 2 streets over.
