“Great stay in a spacious, clean air-conditioned apartment”

Riccardo is an excellent host - very communicative and friendly - there was cold water and beers in the fridge when we arrived, and the place was impeccably clean. There’s a great amount of space in the apartment, the balcony has great views, the bed’s comfy and the air con’s superb. The main bedroom is away from the street and very quiet. It’s within easy walking distance of the marina and the historic centre for cafes and restaurants too. The apartment also feels very secure - multiple locks and a safe if needed.

Amazing host, wonderful apartment, everything was perfect

We had a great time here! We stayed here before and after the Ciudad Perdida. Really nice to have a living room, kitchen and washing machine available. Everything is tidy and clean. And at night the street is quiet. I'd definitely recommend this place!

Very good location, fare price, nice breakfast

Good location on the edge of the central town area. Easy to reach. Only short walk to bus to Tayrona and Palomino. Very friendly and helpful owner. Well equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, and all necessary items to cook and serve a meal. Very clean. Well working AC and shower.

A nice place at a decent price, and exceptionally clean. The host was very helpful and lives onsite.

The apartment is very spacious and has everything what you need. Kitchen is very well equipped. There is a balcony where you can have your morning coffee or an evening beer. Very flexible check-in and check out. Ricardo is a very good host, can give you a lot of tips about Santa Marta and surrounding. He takes care of every detail, helpful and answers quick on your questions. He also speaks very good English, what was very helpful as we don’t speak Spanish. He was traveller himself, so he really knows what guest need to feel home.

The owner was very nice and helpful with everything. The apartment is comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The apartment is located close to a supermarket, the bus station for local buses and the busy area with all the restaurants and bars. We (3 young women from Switzerland) would definitely stay here again.

Apartamento Ana was like staying in a home away from home. The owner Riccardo was so helpful & communicative, and we could communicate in English which was helpful as our Spanish is basic. The apartment is spacious and clean with working Wi-Fi (it worked best in the lounge area), a washing machine, large wardrobe, kitchen with coffee maker, and handy clothes drying rack. The master bed was a decent size and very comfortable. the ceiling fans were powerful yet quiet so we could still sleep with them on. The ACs worked well. We especially enjoyed the Mountain View from the private balcony with comfortable seating. there are bedside reading lamps in the master bedroom, which was nice for ambient lighting, and the desk and chairs were useful for remote working. . He helped us find the property with tips on transport getting to his place, which is in the centro historico and close to many restaurants & conveniences. Like most accommodation we stayed in the Caribbean coast, the apartment has cold water showers only but we got used to it as the climate is so hot. the apartment is central yet nicely quiet in the evenings for a good sleep. we only booked 2 nights but could easily have stayed longer and would definitely stay again.

We arrived late and left early and the host made our life very easy with his flexibility. The view from the apartment was also interesting and it is very close to the main market.

The apartments are exceptional! Large space with all the amenities you need: Washing machine, cooking facilities, wardrobes and above all they have a small area of condiments, tea towels and paper towels. The host Riccardo is so friendly and helpful and speaks perfect English. I cannot recommend these apartments enough, superb value for money and a 5 minute walk to the promenade!

Apartment a few minutes from the center with double entrance gate. The rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine. The owner lives in the same building and does everything to make the holiday peaceful.
