“Fabulous, great service and facilities and perfect location”
Fantastic- the room, the pool, location, restaurant- everything was exactly as described and as photographs. Staff were super efficient and absolutely lovely - at the reception, restaurant, bars etc. location fab - 2 mins walk to the harbour where day cruises sail from, and maybe 5 to the cathedral and 10 to the amazing gold museum.

“Noise, noise and noise”
NOISE NOISE NOISE Without the noise it's easily a 8/10 so if you're a heavy sleeper this place might be for you. Location, room & quality of sleep 1* Good location... literally on the edge of Centro Histórico, close to everything you want to be close to incl. the marina and town beach. BUT we chose this because we wanted to be slightly out of the mayhem and noise of the old town. Well that backfired. Noise, noise, noise. 18th floor, about the same height as the building site outside our balcony. Asked to move and they said no. There is also a constant buzzing all night. It isn’t the AC. Very disruptive. Little sleep. Booked a sea view room but view is very restricted and you can only see some of the sea if you go onto the balcony basically. A few toiletries around but shower not hot. Just warm. Although hotter on day 3. The room is a good size. Only paper cups in room for hot drinks. What a waste! Free water refills at the bar. Service 5* Great check in. Friendly and allowed us to check in 1 hour early. Bar staff at the pool and breakfast friendly too. Pool area and bar 4* A large pool, not too many beds if it were to get busy. There's a bar which does great piña coladas... happy hour 2 for 1 1700-1900 which is perfect in time for sunset. A couple we befriended said over the weekend before we arrived it was packed with about 30+ children. But it wasn't like this when we were there. The glass fence around the pool isn't Breakfast 4* A big and varied selection. So whilst somethings aren't so good, there are plenty of things to chose from. It isn't advertised but you can request fresh eggs from the kitchen e.g. fried or omelette. Everyday I had to ask and wait for hot water for tea. Because despite there being a sign saying "agua caliente" they don't actually put it out. This is a little annoying where there are like 6 coffee containers.

“Mixed feelings”
On the positive side, the front desk staff were kind and accommodating, allowing flexibility with our checkout time. They also upgraded our room after we pointed out the strange bathroom layout (basin, shower, and toilet all separated). Housekeeping was excellent; the room was impeccably clean.

El servicio I was there for my wife birthday, and all the staff was so helpful to me. They put the fñowers and banner up, prepare a gr8 bottle of wine so when we arrove, everything was perfect Had a gr8 time Room are amazing Thx a lot one more time
